3. Hot Customer: who has a high level of interest in a product or service. They have actively engaged with the business, expressed specific interest, and might be ready to make a purchase decision.
–Characteristics: Hot customers are at the advanced stages of the sales funnel. They often seek personalized information, quotes, or demonstrations and are more likely to convert into paying customers. Sales teams focus their efforts on hot leads to close deals successfully.

Understanding the distinctions between cold, warm, and hot customers helps businesses tailor their marketing and sales strategies. Cold customers need awareness-building efforts, warm customers require nurturing and engagement, and hot customers benefit from personalized, targeted sales interactions to guide them through the purchasing process.
